Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public in Ontario, with legal training from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poland.
Dominika is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public in Ontario, licensed as a paralegal since 2022. Before migrating to Canada, she completed her legal training at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej) in Lublin, Poland, providing her with a foundation in the Polish legal system and a strong understanding of the legal and business environment in Poland.
Since becoming licensed as an Ontario paralegal in 2022, Dominika has developed a practice focused on providing practical, client-focused legal and document-related services to individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Her background in both the Polish and Canadian legal environments allows her to assist clients navigating matters that connect the two jurisdictions.
Dominika assists clients with Small Claims Court matters, including demand letters, pre-litigation matters, claims and defences, document preparation, settlement negotiations, and representation in Small Claims Court proceedings. She also provides contract drafting, review, and negotiation, helping clients understand their contractual rights and obligations and ensuring that agreements clearly reflect the parties’ intentions.
A particular area of her work involves Canada–Poland cross-border matters. Drawing on her legal training in Poland and her professional experience in Ontario, Dominika assists with legal documentation, contracts, and transaction-related matters involving Canadian and Polish individuals and businesses. She helps facilitate communication and coordination between parties and professionals working across the two jurisdictions.
Dominika also provides notarial and commissioning services, including commissioning affidavits and statutory declarations, notarization, and certification of eligible documents. She assists clients with apostille and document authentication requirements for documents intended for use in Poland and other countries.
For clients requiring documents in another language, Dominika can coordinate certified translation services in collaboration with a qualified certified translator, helping clients obtain appropriate translations for legal, business, and international purposes.
Dominika is committed to providing professional, accessible, and practical assistance tailored to each client’s circumstances.
